The Hoonved CAP7 is the compact entry-level hood-type dishwasher from the proven CAP series and is designed for medium-sized catering businesses with consistent dishwashing volumes – restaurants, hotels, pizzerias, guesthouses, canteens, and catering companies. It stands out for its high robustness, ergonomics, and reliability and is consistently designed to guarantee the highest hygiene standards while reducing operating costs.
The external dimensions are 625 × 740 × 1,460 mm (W × D × H); with the hood open, the machine requires a height of 1,960 mm. With a standard rack size of 500 × 500 mm and a usable height of 440 mm, the CAP7 easily accommodates tall glasses, plates, bowls, and even GN 1/1 containers. The theoretical output is 40 racks per hour.
The easy-to-open, balanced hood is made of finely satin-finished AISI 304 stainless steel and enables fast, effortless, and ergonomic loading and unloading of dish racks. Thanks to the rack loading system combined with the possibility of freely integrating inlet and outlet tables, simultaneous loading and unloading operations can be carried out – significantly optimizing time and workflows, especially during peak hours.
The self-supporting structure of the CAP7, together with the rotating wash and rinse arms made of finely satin-finished AISI 304 stainless steel, guarantees durable construction and flawless washing results even with heavily soiled dishes. The double-walled tank made of finely satin-finished AISI 304 stainless steel provides excellent thermo-acoustic properties and reduces the energy required to maintain the washing temperature. The easily removable stainless steel tank filters and the pump with suction filter prevent dirt and residues from entering and settling in the washing circuit.
With a 9,000 W boiler heater and a powerful 750 W wash pump, the CAP7 quickly reaches the optimal washing temperature and consistently delivers excellent cleaning results. The digital display shows the main operating parameters and reports possible anomalies. The 4 pre-programmed wash cycles (90 / 90 / 120 / 240 sec) can be individually adjusted in duration and temperature, allowing the machine to be perfectly adapted to a wide range of requirements.
Peristaltic detergent and rinse aid dispensers are included as standard, ensuring precise and constant chemical dosing. A drain pump is also integrated.
