Cancellation Policy for Entrepreneurs
Please remember that you are placing your order as a commercial customer and that you are not entitled to a right of cancellation under the Distance Selling Act. According to the German Civil Code, the right of cancellation for distance selling contracts is only available to private individuals (consumers) who have ordered the goods exclusively for private purposes.
We strive to provide good customer service. Therefore, we may offer you a buyback. Whether a buyback can be offered depends on the goods ordered. In this case, you will receive a buyback offer from us (original selling price less any administration and storage costs incurred). As soon as we have received all the necessary data from you, we will review the process for an individual buyback offer.
The buyback offer does not apply to goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs or that, due to their nature, are not suitable for return or can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be exceeded.
Please note that returns are at your own risk and expense! The shipment must be sent to us with sufficient postage, otherwise we will charge the resulting costs.

Has it been unpacked, put into operation and are there any defects visible?
