The Bravo Gelmatic is a powerful, reliable and intelligent ice cream maker that can adjust the temperature and energy consumption to the quantity and characteristics of the base mix. The machine is easy to operate with just a few buttons for the central functions.
The quality of the ice cream is above the market standard. The innovative chiller is one of the best in its category for production and speed. It is easy to pour the mixture into the machine: the top hopper allows the product to be poured directly from the bucket into the machine without effort and the air in the cylinder can be discharged through the smaller hopper on the door. Sophisticated software uses sophisticated methods to monitor the stirring and cooling process of your ice cream.
Startronic Plus models:
The freezer par excellence. With this machine you can produce all types of ice cream quickly thanks to the exclusive patented ion system®. This system ensures that the ice cream gains volume and always remains dry, soft and long-lasting in the display case. In the Plus models, an inverter ensures software-controlled speed regulation of the agitator motor. Up to a temperature of approx. -5 degrees Celsius, the agitator rotates at a higher speed. As soon as the ice cream mix starts to freeze and becomes firmer, the agitator turns more slowly towards the end. This system ensures the perfect overrun, which ultimately determines the creaminess of the finished ice cream.
